Step 1
Ready to start planning? Head to our "Inquire" page and fill out our inquiry form. From there, we’ll be in touch to chat through availability, pricing, services, and everything we need to bring your bar vision to life.
Step 2
From there we’ll turn our attention to the fun part - your cocktails! Together, we’ll explore your preferred flavor profiles, spirit selections, and the drinks you’d love to feature. We’ll personalize your cocktail names to reflect you and finalize the menu.
Step 3
Once your cocktail menu is finalized, we’ll provide a tailored spirit shopping list for you to purchase the week of your event. From there, we’ll handle the rest - mixers, drinkware, garnishes, straws, napkins, ice, and all the finishing details. You bring the spirits; we’ll take care of the experience.
Step 4
We’ll arrive 1.5–2 hours before service to thoughtfully set and prepare the bar. During your contracted service time, our team will handle the bar from start to finish. Once the celebration winds down, we’ll take care of the full bar breakdown and cleanup.
