What started in the service industry back in 2014, working in restaurants and behind the bar, fostered this need to take those same hospitality experiences outside of an establishment. It wasn’t just about serving drinks in a bar or restaurant. It was about creating moments, building energy, and making people feel genuinely welcomed.

Hi there! My name is Kanoelani, I was born and raised on the North Shore of Oʻahu, where the spirit of aloha is more than a word, it’s a way of life. How you show up in the world and for the people around you.
When I started working in the service industry, I found something that felt natural to me, bringing people together, creating a positive atmosphere, and making others feel seen and taken care of.
That’s where Lani’s Bar truly began.
